"If I didn’t know any better, I would assume that CVS went out of their way to staff this location with literally the stupidest people they could possibly find. The majority of the store’s employees are rude, uneducated degenerates. The pharmacy in particular seems to be run by children. It’s deeply concerning that seemingly unqualified individuals, with a lack of professionalism and knowledge, are at the forefront of providing medical advice and dispensing crucial information about prescription medications. This glaring incompetence is not just frustrating - it’s a SERIOUS SAFETY HAZARD, a ticking time bomb that will eventually lead to dire consequences if not addressed promptly. Shame on you CVS, do better."

"I recently went to this cvs to grab a few things, and the supervisor, Jarret, was more than kind! He was super helpful and deserves a raise! He also has really nice hair."

"Mgr wasnt friendly or helpful. She refused to accept my valid coupons and assist me with my purchase. I don't recommend this store. I was left waiting at the register by a cashier who ignored me."

"Painfully sad how little the pharmacist knows. Our hometown pharmacy (Boyd’s in Medford, everyone should go there) was out of a product we needed same day so we unfortunately had to go to this CVS. She had to call Boyd’s to see how they bill for the product because she didn’t know. Continued to say “she was just educating me”. Sounds like she needs the education"
