"TRUCKERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Our driver was scheduled to deliver here & he had arrived an hour earlier. He waited till they open and when they did, the receiver was furious that they had to unload the truck. He said said there’s no delivery appointment scheduled and was extremely rude during the entirety of the whole ordeal. His name is Eric, & what I don’t understand is that why are you hiring such people that degrade drivers like that? He was blaming the driver for being there, drivers need to be treated with respect. We would never mind the wait, truckers often do but when it comes to such a level of behavior for simply doing our job, we had to report. My driver called me and said the guy is very rude and asking me to wait, I advised him to stay on phone with me and go back inside to get his name so we can talk to the broker as to why isn’t the delivery appointment scheduled. You would not believe the way he talked down to my driver when he went back inside to talk to Eric, “don’t come inside like I told many times before I don’t know why you are here. You guys never told me so I’m going to take my time.” And much more. My driver is good guy with a kind heart but he did not deserve all that shouting and belittling. I had to apologize for Eric and asked him he can leave if he wants to but good guy driver said he will just wait beacuse he had to go to his family. I will never do business with these guys and this company needs to hold him responsible. I recorded the whole delivery process and will upload it on our social media pages. Will spread the word never to work with this company to my fellow truckers and dispatchers. We don’t mind the wait but we will never take your disrespect and garbage behavior. TEACH ERIC SOME MANNERS!! ZERO STARS"
