"I went to this store to purchase two recliners-one was on sale with the Scratch Off Card program, the other was regular price. One recliner with Scratch Off deal was $449. After the scratch Off, I received the No Sales Tax Discount which reduced the price to $421. The clerk was a trainee who did her best but she needed help a few times. They wanted to do two separate transactions which was fine. On the above transaction, delivery was $69. So after adding up everything-the $449 minus $31 (sales tax) plus the $69-the price would be $487. However, after the trainee asked Aaron for help, the total was $523. When I asked for an explanation I was told they had to tax the delivery fee which is fine but should have been $4.90 not $36. Again, I asked for an explanation and I was told they had to charge tax on the item even though I had a No Sales Tax discount. Now, maybe I just didn't understand but they either couldn't or wouldn't provide an acceptable explanantion. In fact, one of them had a condesending attitude towards me. I finally said that this wasn't worth it and walked away with nothing but aggravation. So very poor customer service was given and I don't think I'll be back. I appreciate the response-please tell where to text or who to call. Please tell me who to call or text................"
