"What a great place for chocolates and other delicious goodies! I stopped in for non pareils for my husband. He loves them! This was my 4th trip; I always seemed to miss them when they weren't open. Finally, success! I was so happy!!! They even had an assortment of sugar free candy for me!!!! That's an even bigger success! They have more than just chocolates too! They have a wide variety of molds too. They have some very rare decorations too! A few years ago I purchased all they had of a sign that depicted the famous saying, "no one gets in to see the Wizard!" I think I bought 4 or 5 of them! I absolutely loved it! I gave one to each of my sisters and brother. They have old fashioned candy too! And, the owners are so nice! I believe the niece took over the business and she was so nice! She took care of me! I can't believe they even had sugar free non pareils! They're good too! She said she's working on a sugar free hard candy too. I definitely will purchase that! If you need a great candy store, this is the place to go!!! You won't be disappointed!!!! Enjoy!!!!"

"Sadly I will find another vendor. Lu and Sandy were the best... for 20 years I shopped with them. Loved them both! Several weeks ago I purchased my chocolates and pretzels for my holiday platters. Today I made chocolate covered pretzels and caramel covered pretzels only to realize that I was sold Pretzels that expired in July. Called the new owners and told them the pretzels were old. Instead of an Im sorry......I was told "well you shouldn't have used half the box". Sorry I assumed that I was purchasing an in code quality product. I never even asked for a refund before she instantly went to I'm not refunding you. I was more concerned with the time crunch it created for me. Your attitude as well as your crazy random store hours are ridiculous. Folks change is not always good. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. After reading the stores response I felt the need to provide more information. According to my credit card receipts I purchased the Pretzels, caramel and chocolate on October 26 2023 and the sale total was $221.04. There was a gentleman who was working the counter that day. I have attached a picture of the pretzel box which clearly says the sell by date. Yes you replaced the "box of pretzels"....but charged me another $100.00 plus because I had to buy new chocolate and caramel not to mention the time it took to remake everything. July was the date...not November. Good customer service doesn't include calling into question the integrity of the reviewer."

"The store has a fresh new look since the new owners took over. They still carry all the same products. The service here is amazing! The new owners are so friendly and so helpful with everything. Not only will they help you with making things yourself but Julie does amazing work! I used her to make my holiday gifts and everyone loved it! I will be back for more."
