"I'll never go to another USPS in the area again! Keith genuinely cares about the people who walk in the store and in just two visits, I'm sold. My second visit in, I had a packed containing automotive parts weighing around 35 lbs and in a large box. He took one look at the prepaid label I had printed and taped to the box and knew I overpaid. He handed me scissors and a large flat rate box and gave me the time to unbox and repack the items after discussing what the contents were and if they would fit. This saved me OVER $60 after I voided my previous label. He even went ahead and reinforced the box on his own time. You just won't find that kind of service at most USPS or with other courier services."
