"Let me just say Customer service is a lost art these days. In other words it's HORRIBLE !!! But the experience I had at this T Mobile location was Top Notch. The rep that helped me I believe her name was Danielle. She was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. She was very good at her job. I'll definitely be handling all my phone issues at this location."

"tonight I went in with my uncle to get a new phone. Tommy was amazing, patient and so kind. he had to go beyond the typical transfer as the phone was damaged. I can't begin to thank him. this is one of the only tmobiles in the area worth going to."

"Tom was incredibly rude, yelled at me multiple times while I was trying to explain my case. Did not try to help, and when I asked if I could bring in my receipts and everything from my account he said be wouldn’t do anything to help either way. Very unprofessional, I’ve never had such rude and disrespectful customer service. Needs to learn how to speak without yelling and not letting the customer speak."

"I went on Saturday and had Tom and LOVED him. Holy moly his customer service skills are amazing. He also set me up to come back next day to get my dad a new phone. So why the one star came back on Sunday and it was a night and day experience. The person was rude she also informed me that we couldn’t upgrade to the 15pro and I told her Tommy said my dad’s phone would. I listened to her big mistake I just got off with corporate and it would have! Also she didn’t assist in helping him set up his new phone at all. Rude rude rude."
