"Worst experience ever, and every phone call to pods the first and every response started with sorry our system isn't working. After 9 months sitting in their yard mice and rats got into the pod and destroyed just about all of our belongings, at the end it took them 10 days to finally pick up their pod even having pre schedule date of July 1st to pick it up they didn't come until July 11th and I was on the phone just about every day, as I was told 4 different times that they was on the way to pick it up."

"Do yourself a favor and pick any other moving option. I’ve moved 15 times in my life and this has by far been the worst moving experience I’ve had. Unprofessional and reckless drivers, damaged containers that leak when it rains, overseas customer service, major billing issues. I spent a total of 5 hours during my move trying to resolve all of the issues, and they’re still not solved. I’m telling you, find another option, you will be better off with literally anyone else."

"They refused to drop the pod at my new house after the driver stated on the phone the pod would fit and he refused to stop traffic to drop it off. Worst customer service of my entire life. They took the pod to one of their storage locations which was farther than my original pickup location and told me the best they could do was to tell me to rent a uhaul and make 50 trips to move everything. Livid is an understatement. Customer service was rude, condescending and they still charged me. Worst experience of my entire life. Worst customer service I have ever received. Will continue to trash this company as they did not have any other solutions which was insanity. Maybe check the addresses before you accept the money and contract. 0/10 will never use again. Especially after being spoken over and spoken down to by the customer service rep."

"There are good things about this service (the agents try to be helpful and some of them are pretty supportive, they offer a lot of delivery flexibility, they offer many communication options, they kinda acknowledge their mistakes), but my experience ended up being too negative and challenging because of the malfunctioning door, delayed delivery without informing me on time about the delay and the total cost continuously increasing for different reasons that I was not informed about at the beginning. I don't know how PODS services compares to other service providers, but since this was my first use of a portable container for moving and storage, I think many aspects of the service that received could have been done better. I wish I could compare PODS with other service providers, but for now the main point is that I got all my things and successfully completed the move, it just was more stressful, more time consuming and more expensive than originally was communicated by PODS."

"Paid 5 figures for an “international move” from Philadelphia to Hawaii, they delivered the container and then did not pick it up to ship it to Hawaii on the scheduled date breaching their contract. They did not give me any notice, reason, or reasonable solution for this change. They are closed tomorrow, the manager was trying to “find the driver.” The POD is filled with our belongings in our current driveway in Philadelphia, and they only ship to Hawaii twice a month, and we sold our house and need it shipped!! This is my first experience with PODS and so far it has been completely unprofessional."
