"This is the worst wawa in the area. Their coffee is always cold, the coffee bar is a hot mess of the week and never full of supplies, and their associates couldn’t care any less if they tried. I avoid this one unless it’s absolutely necessary."

"As other people have recently complained, I can confirm that the service here is horrible. I work for DoorDash and was picking up a very basic, ordinary order from this location. I have never had an issue with picking up a doordash order from any wawa. It’s usually already waiting to be picked up, quick and efficient, but this location is the exception. I walked up to the food preparation counter and stated them I’m with doordash and here to pick up an order. Immediately, the woman behind the food counter says, “this doordash thing is annoying me”. At first I thought she was just joking, but sadly she was not. She had failed to look at the complete order, so she was missing 2 out of the 3 things included in the order. She then proceeded to give an attitude and complain about going to get the 2 very basic items from the ice cream section that was in total, 10 feet away from where she was initially standing. She haphazardly threw everything in a bag without sealing it with a sticker and said, “here ya go”. I said, “thank you very much, have a good night”, and she ignored me. Look, I get that working at wawa is not a glamorous job, but this is the job that you chose. You know that you’re expected to make food and you know that you’re expected to make doordash orders. It’s simply apart of your job and frankly, it’s really not all that difficult to accomplish. If you don’t enjoy working at wawa or can’t help but to have an attitude while doing so, then maybe start thinking about finding a different, easier job that better suits you. However, if you can’t efficiently work at wawa then I can’t imagine you being successful at any other job. Based on my experience and the handful of other recent reviews with similar stories to mine, I suggest that this location should clear house to make room for new employees. This location will only continue to go downhill from here without any sort of change being implemented."

"I’ve been going to this Wawa since I was a little girl with my grandfather when it first opened this past year had been the worst experience me and my husband leave for work and go to this Wawa together around 5:30-6am coffee is always burnt almost every employee even the manager has an attitude. If we order our bagels from the deli the people will just sit there for 5+ mins talking you actually have to ask for them to make your food so hey don’t always have coffee or fresh coffee made one time I was in there for 20 mins waiting for coffee the lady finally said “what do you want” I said “there’s no coffee can I have hazelnut?” She rolled her eyes and threw one up. Being a previous Wawa employee I have just been very disappointed in this stores third shift/morning team. Honestly makes me miss the little hainesport one even more"

"Another Wawa destination I like a lot. It has all the features of my favorite type of Wawa. Still 15c discount is on so that’s another reason to visit Wawa on the way. Everything was just as usual great."

"I was really craving a Wawa Turkey Bowl. I stopped at one in the local area and they were out of mashed potatoes so headed to this one on 38. Service was quick and easy. I did not want stuffing on my bowl, but there so was no option to remove it so I asked the worker if I could do all mashed potatoes and remove the stuffing, which they gladly said they could do. It was delicious!"
