"They changed the tank level in their system after I left and charged me $65 for gas when I brought it back with the same level of gas that I left with. Luckily I had proof and was refunded, but by customer service not the location. Manager at this location said because I didn't verify the mileage and tank level on premise with the text link (I did it 2 miles later), there was nothing they could do and it was out of their control. Seems like they could see I didn't use the link and changed the tank level so they could steal from me and charge me for gas they didn't put in the truck when I returned it. Again, luckily I had proof. Make sure you take your own picture of the levels and read the receipt. If this was an honest mistake on their end, why did the manager have such an attitude? Seems real shady."
