"Do NOT choose A Duie Pyle. They will automatically "fish" for anything, falsely, to back charge you for whatever they can conjure up. We have a professional manufacturing pallet scale, only use 3 different size pallets & our product specs show the exact dimensions of our product, yet they unlawfully attempted to charge us with a reclass due to over dimensions. COMPLETELY false & was given all evidence our our 100% accurate DIM/weight/NMFC & class. They immediately rejected all of our LEGAL proof showing our pallet on a bare, unmarked floor that was worthless showing nothing other then our own pallet. Charges filed being executed to the NCCDB!"

Management is awesome, routes are great , freight is properly sorted and it’s place trucks are in great running condition,and most importantly they treat u like family. "Horrible I had a nine am appointment to pick up a load, I got there at seven thirty the lady on the dock said park on the fence line and we will call you. She left and never told the other girl I was waiting. When I went in the warehouse and told the girl I have been waiting since seven thirty am. She said the other girl never told her. They back me in a door at ten thirty and didn't finish loading me until one thirty."

"I’ve worked at multiple warehouse outside of A DUIE Pyle and this place was the most unorganized, less structured, and safety unaware warehouse I’ve ever been in. The management team allows whatever to go on during a shift cellphones, headphones, and reckless driving while operating forklifts. No pre shift planning or organization just come in and we’ll figure things out on the fly. Very unprofessional, and there should be some type of safety team walking the floor insuring everything is safe."

"The WORST!!! Medical Equipment ordered. Delivery for Wednesday I get called Thursday to say it’s running late (really thanks). They explain they don’t have hand held portable lifts on truck to move the mattress so when delivered it will be left curbside. I set delivery up for the following Monday so I can make sure I can be curbside ready. 3:pm Monday I call to follow up as I’m worried no delivery yet. Speak to Karen she informs me the delivery is running late no longer expected by 4 more like 5. I say “hmmm.... I figure I would be one of the first deliveries given lost truck last Wednesday.” Karen agreed and doesn’t understand why I was scheduled for LAST delivery. I now start to explain my frustration about curbside pick up, delivery truck lost week. My father is disabled with no bed since last week. I get NOTHING from Karen, no big deal my time time or days have been wasted or I paid for shipped."
