"Horrible experience. They showed up hours late (no call, no apology), reeking, took a 3 hour lunch (which no one told us they were doing). Scratched our walls, floors, and furniture. Lost property and refused to replace/ reimburse it. Plus the truck they used was half filled with junk on arrival. Don’t buy into the sweet talking, the movers suck."

"Was told my appointment was from 9-11 AM. They showed up at 11:30 AM and finished 1:40PM. They charged me for 4 hours when it should have just been 3 hours. They get a star for showing up and another one as the actual movers did a great job moving the furniture. They need some work as their scheduling is not accurate and their pricing is suspicious. You can definitely get a better experience going with another company."

"Let me start by saying this company is far from superior, even mediocre is too generous... Ended up getting charged nearly double what we were initially quoted over the phone... Keep in mind they quoted us based up miles, and time, so it should be very accurate since everything lined up... Nope, not the case we got charged double our original quote. Then the owner had the nerve to block my fiancées number because she wanted to know why this happened... Keep in mind we were reffered by someone that knows the owners personally and this is how we got treated... Take your business else with a more honest company that won't scam you."

"I hired this company to move me on March 31st. The movers were terrible. They damaged my hardwood floors. They damaged the floor at my new place. I sent in pictures and an estimate of my floor for the old house. They ignored my calls. (Mark the owner). When he finally called me back, he apologized and said he was worried about his health and, that he would cashapp me in a day or two. He never sent the money! A week later, I still don't have the monies owed. I guess he thinks I won't take him to Court. I'm taking you to Court Mark. Im getting all monies due ,me plus what you owe me for the damage done at my new place.,"
