"I use an electric bike and almost every time I ride the train I am harassed by workers. I need my bike to get around once I’m off the train. I recently had a worker lie to me and tell me that my bike was not allowed, I had to ask a transit officer to confirm if I could catch the train. The incident happened around 8:30 am today July 24,2024. He said that he had the policy but couldn’t show it to me. That’s why I asked for the transit police. I am just trying to commute. I would love to ride the train and not be followed or told I am not following the rules when I am."

"Busses usually come on time and the station is small but convenient, has seating, and is mostly clean. Parking lot is huge and has a pedestrian pathway off the station as well"

"I prefer this station to others. It's easy to get to from 130, it's always being watched with an active police presence, there aren't any panhandlers ever loitering around, and it's as clean a train station as any I've ever seen. No trash laying around, and you can see out the windows. There's an escalator and an elevator for any mobile needs too!"

"Very useful to get to Philadelphia. Free parking (24h) available. Always police cars are around here so no worries and this area is not bad. There are many trains so you can take it easily. Inside the terminal is ok, no strange people and no people hanging out, so no worries. And you can arrive at Center City in just about 10mins and so, great!!! Very useful!!!"

"it is very quick transportation, the building and platform itself is not very clean. platform needs steamed cleaned periodically due to sticky spills and vomit been much much too long since cleaned by steam cleaning. rails for stairs you can't hold onto without tissues, your hands get extremely not just lightly extreme dirty."
