"There customer service sucks and impossible to contact only through chat. The airline day of travel told me I was getting a credit for a bag. When I reached out to the airline days later to find out the status on the credit I was told there's no record of it. So they lied and kept my money. If you ever fly with them keep in mind they do not issue refunds for anything. So be careful...."

"Super awful service. I have book my ticket a month early for Orlando hoping for a wonderful vacation. But the frontier have ruined it. When I went to the airport and check in and done everything but I was about to get on the plane the workers are telling me that there is no seat for my family and me and I have to wait for tomorrow. And I have pay for everything the hotel the car and they are telling me that I can’t get in the plane. I was hope to have a relaxing time with my family in Florida but the frontier disappointed me. How can you served people like that. I do not recommend the airline it super awful experience."

"Started flying out of Trenton and while the airline is low cost it went for the most part quite well, with minor exceptions which included rude flight attendants. The real problem happened when my son used my credit card to purchase THREE round trip tickets on my credit card. He realized he made a mistake and immediately requested a refund an HOUR later, and within the 24 hour window. We waited a week as instructed and were told that the request was denied because they claimed we requested the refund OUTSIDE 24 hours. We chatted with them for hours explaining the situation and they would not reactivate the ticket or provide a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS AIRLINE, WE HAVE A DISPUTE PENDING WITH OUR CREDIT CARD. Whatever short term savings you gain they will inevitably try to gouge some money out of you dishonestly one way or another. We won our credit card dispute but not without working for it. Update May 2023 We had to first take out a small claims court summons …. Then mysteriously my dispute was settled. This airline is extremely dishonest Do Not Fly they will try to gouge you one way or another eventually."

"Still here from yesterday. Beyond the worst airline. Waisted time which us money and Waisted money cause it's money. And I'm am still on a delay. I should've drove to north Carolina. Only reason they get a star is because you have to to right a review"
