"I was excited for the opening because I am generally a huge fan. However, my experience was severely marred by the attitude of the front staff, especially the manager, Amanda. Her demeanor was the worst I’ve encountered—unhelpful and definitely not customer service-oriented. As a manager, Amanda should foster a more welcoming approach if she expects customers to return. In contrast, Theresa, who helped me yesterday, was sweet, polite, welcoming, and very helpful. More staff should have an attitude like hers."
