Valet Auto Wash Mount Laurel

"this place was awful. i usually go to sammy’s down the road but i had a coupon for a free wash at valet so i went to use it. the machine was saying my voucher was invalid so i pressed the help button but it was voided and no one came out. i tried three more times to get an employee to come out but they kept voiding it and blatantly ignoring me. i finally gave up and paid for a basic wash so i could at least clean my car. the car in front of me and i were waiting for at least 5 whole minutes for an employee to let us in. they finally did and, of course, were rude. while going through the wash (which smelled disgusting by the way) i saw at least two employees standing on the sides on their phones. i finally went to use the vacuums and i will say they have a lot of vacuums which was nice. however there were multiple broken vacuums and the dirty towels were very messily thrown in each clean towel bin and not just the one i was at. i’ll say it again, this place is awful. i wish i never paid for a wash and just left after being ignored by the staff. and honestly the wash wasn’t good either, there’s still bird droppings and dirt/pollen on my car in multiple places. would’ve asked for a refund but with that staff there was no way. DON’T GO HERE!!!"

"Had an awful experience! They neglected to disable their overhead roller (which they have done all of the dozens of times I’ve been there) and the brush smashed my light bar into my windshield. I very unpleasant manager named Aaron, happily told me that they don’t take responsibility even though they know that the top roller needs to be disabled. Refused to address the issue with me and I am forced to take legal action. Avoid this place!! There are so many other car washes around that value their customers and take pride in their service."

"So I just want to say I have been coming to this place since they first opened and I have never had any issues, I went to get a wash as normal on 1/1/24 and dryer inside after the wash then I came back on the 1/10/24 to make a report as I had just notice my 2023 Silverado that’s only 6 months old was covered in scratches on both side on the 9th coming out of Lowe’s with the sun hitting the vehicle as u can see in the one picture and after making the report they did not reach out until 1/16/24 a gentleman by the name of Aaron leaving me a voicemail saying because I last had the wash on the 1/1/24 and reported it on 1/10/24 that 9 days was two late to file a report and all there equipment was working properly and this was not caused by there equipment so they will not be able to help me so I’m guessing the wind did this damage so sad."
