"This place is very unprofessional. Initially my car was blowing out hot air when my air conditioner was on. I pulled up and explained what was going on the owner told me my car was too new to need a new compressor. After having my car for 2 days allegedly testing it he tells me the wire in my compressor was bad. He ordered a new compressor and put it in my air was cold for 1 day the day I picked up my car. I contacted them for 2 weeks telling them my air wasn’t cold I was told to bring my car on Thursday went on Thursday and the dad said they wouldn’t be able to get to my car but I could leave it and they would get to it. I explained the only day I have off is Monday he tells me to come in on Monday and they will check it out. I dropped my car off at 10am they did not start my car until 137 they ran it for 3 minutes. I stopped across from the place at 427 and called and asked if my car would be done today he replied not today we are working on it mind you my car was parked in the parking lot at the time. After I hung up someone came outside and moved my car. If they could not figure out the problem they should have stated that in the beginning instead of charging me for something that I probably didn’t need. If I could give this place a -1 I would very unprofessional and inconsiderate..... Update when they put in my compressor they pushed the pins all the way to the other side which caused my compressor to not turn on at all. I called and asked for the paperwork for 3 weeks and he said he would look it up and has yet to look it up! When I told him that he pushed the pins in his response was ohh. He’s very rude and all about his money. Not to mention he told me multiple times that they charged my A/C Nissan said I had absolutely no Freon in my car. Poor service!!! Spent too much money for him to not fix my issue and not have the documents on hand."

"Ron Todd auto has a business partner with united auto sales, all service is done there for united auto. The car we bought at united auto broke down 4 times over a "battery and key" issue. The 1st day out of dealership the battery died, and we realized that there was a device installed at some point that drained the battery. They claimed Ron Todd fixed it. This is all since the pandemic has sheltered us and the car was marked ,MUST PASS INSPECTION, but now on battery 4 and they gave up . I can't inspect the car. I am in the same industry and have never spoken or witnessed such a disgrace. Thats saying a lot. In the end , he can not afford to fix it and made no accommodations to even get my pregnant fiancé home and out of the freezing cold, he would rather. " take a chance when courts are working again" . I was astonished. Left a pregnant woman on the side of a rode , no uber drivers , and that was his approach. That is all you need to know about his character. Both Ron Todd and United Auto Sales"
