"these people cause unnecessary hassle. 30 days to review an ard (completed well over the 6 months minimum) program that has nothing to do with driving is ridiculous. they also need to advertise the payments they accept in more than one place so I don't waste your time in line. and they don't take new apps past 12pm but stop helping people at 11:30... they just sit around pretending to do paperwork making other people wait another day."
