"Daily parking is not bad for $10 They also have monthly Parking spaces are limited"
"I just saw an article about the area that reminded me I never posted my experience at this lot. Unfortunately my car was broken into about a month ago here, it doesn't appear they have any regular active security. I walk past often during the week and they rarely have someone here, I'm assuming when a local event is occurring. I'm not sure what you're paying for if the lot isn't secured and there isn't staffed security."
"Well lit lot with security in a spot hard to find parking."
"Its a good space for the money. The issue is it’s in Philly. No matter where you go it smells like pot or pee. Sometimes both"
"Good news is I found parking super close to the venue I was going to. The dude when asked tells me parking is only $25. I'm willing to pay considering the proximity to my destination. I realize I don't have that amount in cash, and ask if he'd take a credit card. Dude says "he really needs cash.... he'll take a card, but only if he absolutely has to...what do I have for cash?" I tell him all I've got is a $20, and he acts put out, but accepts. He prints a receipt an practically reaches through my window to throw it on my dash. Hmmm. I park, and see the receipt says I paid the normal fee of $10. #SCAM"
