"I called ahead to find out specific price for specific model and specific quantity of full synthetic oil for an oil change, and they quoted me $89, which was in the same range of $75-$95 I was quoted by 3 other shops. So I chose this one. When I pick up the car, he says "That will be $119." I asked, what changed from the price I was quoted and he said "Hey,, full synthetic is expensive stuff". I know the cost and specific quanity of full synthetic was originally quoted. Nobody else's quote came even close to what he charged which would have been fine had they not mislead me and changed the price after the fact. Don't trust this shop."
