He was responsive, friendly, and very professional when discussing the service needs of my car I received a call regarding the work that was going to be required and he wanted to make sure that everything in the service bulletin was required for my car. He determined some parts were in great shape and did not need replacing. He is very honest and knowledgeable. I picked up my car after hours my car key was in a locked key container, which was very reassuring that no one would’ve been able to obtain access to my car.
