"Total rip-off. Washers look normal laundromat size, but the drums are itty bitty. Worse, the washers are set to “Ultra Cheap”; they will get nothing clean. They don’t even get the soap out, let alone the dirt or stains. Entire wash cycle was less than EIGHT MINUTES. Appalling. This is by far the shortest cycle I’ve ever seen, and I’ve done a lot of laundry in a lot of places. There is no rinse. Just a short wash then spin dry. For this you will be charged $6 (NOT including dryer). Thank God I’ll have my washer back soon. How dare they do this to people who have no choice?"
"Had to use a laundromat because of a home renovation. Did five loads on a Friday evening. No wait. Both washers and dryers were super fast and a good size (washer 25 min and dryers about 30). Change machine worked without any issues. Space is clean and bright. Talked to the new owner and he has made a lot of improvements - new washers, new change machine, and better lighting are just a few he mentioned. I was not looking forward to the visit, but it was a far more pleasant experience than I could have hoped."
