"The owner of JR’s car wash provided stellar customer service. My vehicle’s tire stem was damaged in the tire shine process of the car wash. As the owner put it, it was a one in 1 million freak incident. He stepped up and had my car repaired at no charge and is issuing me $20 in free car washes. As someone who came from a strong background of customer service and sales, I appreciate this outstanding customer service. The prices there are more than competitive. "The customer service is terrific, but the actual service could be better. I went to this car wash multiple times, expecting a different outcome, but unfortunately, I was left disappointed each time. The place has super friendly people, and they will allow you to go back free of charge if your car is still dirty; however, I have to do that every time I am there. Sadly, the last time I went, I noticed scratches on my vehicle and dirt on the front again. I have tried every car wash option, hoping for a different result, but I am still left with dirt and a spot-free rinse that leaves spots all over my back windshield."
"What a great place. Took my nissan here and chose the $29 interior and exterior wash. They cleaned inside and each rim by hand. They vacuumed and did all the door jams and windows. When I purchased this wash I recieved a $5 off coupon so I went hone and got my Jeep this time it was only $24 because of the coupon. Not only did they do the interior they washed the rubber mats. My cars look like the were professionaly detailed for under $30. I highly recommend this place. Great job guys!!"
