"Very nice and professional. Recommended by another mechanic and my mother used to go there for years. Set up inspection for 1st thing In am if I could be there by 8:30am, no problem. I could’ve picked another day but I would’ve had to drop it off at night pick up after hours. He said no problem just be there by 8:30 and I’ll get 1st thing. I get there it’s like I was forgotten so the comment was oh it’ll be a while. ?? Granted I was out the door by 10. That’s fine. I get home and look at the bill and notice I was charged $12.49 for liquid/environmental fluid disposal. I went back to inquire about it and he said that’s the cost of doing business I said I understand that but I didn’t have an oil change or any fluids removed or checked. I just don’t understand why I was charged it? He said he’ll refund it this time but not in the future, put the $12.50 down on the counter and walked away. So everyone gets charged an extra $12.49 whether you had fluids changed or not. I’m thinking that’s not fair nor is it right."
