"Radio was on reg radio station playing hip hop at the moment when the massag started. I'd to tell her to shut it off. Was a sunday, therapist apoligist for the short staff & kept in opening my massage door even the business door & worse took new cust to room/discussed while my hr was running. Then pick up the phone and started person conv towards end OMG!! The massage itself I'd to give her direction throughout & told her just tickle me :( but I was sad & upset I'd wasted my money because I really needed a massage for my muscle pain and needed to RELAX. Im CONFIDENT she's not accredited. At least she was friendly."
