"Went in for a normal trim on my long hair. Asked the person for long layers, as I have existing layers already. She chopped my hair apart and had no clue what she was doing! I have to now go elsewhere to have my hair fixed and get it cut even shorter. Avoid this place at all costs! I will never go back! It is worth the extra money to have a nice salon do your hair"
