"GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I have been here twice and I will never give this business my money again. I thought the first time may have just been a bad day for everyone but no, both experiences were horrible. Even if you come washed as they ask you to before booking online, they want to wash your hair again to make more money in the end that was already paid as the deposit while booking. The cursing in this salon by the owner Free and the stylists is pathetic and unprofessional. The salon has a horrible vibe and bad energy. They barely speak and greet people when they come in and just sit and stare. The atmosphere is awkward. I don’t understand.. if women are giving you their business.. why have a nasty attitude for no reason, especially if you are doing someones hair. The stylists Free, Nye and Tay have terrible attitudes. I’ve witnessed Tay and Nye talk bad about customers right after they leave or get off of the phone with them. I definitely won’t be back!"
