"Attendant was on his phone standing around laughing at customers. They were waiting for him because in NJ they have to pump your gas. I just did it myself but he was laughing. Do you trust this place to not put water in your gasoline?"
"Guy was too busy on his phone to be bothered to come out of the booth and pump my gas during rush hour. After a while he finally came out and had the personality of a wall, never said a word or looked up from his phone. After he was done with my gas, there were other customers pulled up to pumps but he just went back into his booth and paid no attention. I saw both of the customers impatiently drive off. Poor customer service, there are so many gas stations on this road, go elsewhere. I normally do but the station I frequent had an issue with their credit card machines being down. I won't come back here again even as an alternative."
"We pulled in at 2:30 on a Wednesday afternoon and there were no other cars. The worker was sitting in the booth on his phone. After waiting five minutes, my husband got out and pumped his own gas. Two other cars showed up during this time and ended up leaving because the worker would not get off his phone."
