"Had to go here for an appointment. I'm disabled and it's a long distance from the parking lot to the front door and it's uphill. When you go inside it's confusing because the first floor is actually the third floor. There was no air conditioning on and it was incredibly hot and humid inside. There are several businesses inside this complex but most of them were closed and there were virtually no people in the building. It was a little unnerving as I had to wait in the lobby for almost a half hour for the person to show up for my meeting. So the building is making all kinds of strange noises."
