"Whoa! The sign said rest area, yet this was clearly meant for trucker parking only. Cars were parked there to sleep overnight taking up some of their spaces. The worst part is the state of which this place is kept. Trash was everywhere. There were syringes and diapers on the middle of the road. Trash was turned over and scattered around. There were rats jumping over each other as my headlights shines upon them. Save yourself the time and go up to the PA Welcome Center a few miles up the road. If this is a sign of what NJ has to offer, then I would rather not."
"There are no toilet facilities on the eastbound side so if you’re looking for that you’re going to be out of luck. However this is just a simple rest up with a number of picnic tables along side of it. Can’t say that it would be wise to have a picnic here with all the fumes and noise from the traffic, but it’s better than nothing"
