"Evan at the Ottsville location is absolutely the best. I am storing the contents of my home ahead of an out of state move. Evan was such a pleasure to deal with when I found I was running out of space in my first unit. He assisted with acquiring additional storage units as well as upgrading to larger units. The facility appears to be well managed. The units and buildings are clean. The climate controlled units are kept moderately comfortable. The storage units are secured behind a fence and the office has cameras that monitor the buildings and parking lot."
"Easy access clean and secure facilities. Staff is personal and professional. One negative is the constant price increases every few months. Within sixteen months from the start the price per month doubled. Don’t pay to keep stuff you don’t need."

"I moved all my stuff in here a few years back, when I moved back to the area and emptied out my storage unit, I found a large mouse infestation had happened in my unit, they told me that the previous summer there was a mouse problem around my indoor up stairs unit. I had to pay 500$ to clean my carpet and throw out countless clothing items and one box of personal things that was covered in mouse feces and pee. I had to clean everything meticulously over weeks while I moved into my new home. They only thing they could do it refer me to the insurance company; Xercor insurance services who would only pay up 400. I would never store here again, they don't keep pests out of the storage units and the insurance company they use trash."
