"I had a great experience at the Ford Truck Shop I came up from South Carolina for a funeral while I was here I encountered a problem with my 2017 Ford F250 I called a few ford dealers they told me it would be 2 days before they can look at it because I didn't have appointment i explained I needed to get back to SC it seem like they didn't care so the next morning I Google ford dealership and found Miller Ford truck shop spoke with Joe said come right down and we can get you going so I did. "Waited for a month to have a key made because their machine was broken. Never notified and didn't know where my vehicle was. Employees were very rude when I complained about the length of time they had my vehicle for no reason. They felt keeping the truck while they waited to get their key machine was a good decision while I went without my 2019 F250 Superduty, $50,000 btw. Still no key..."
