"Service here was pretty slow. The staff were friendly and helpful and they are what keeps my rating from being any lower. However they were short staffed. They offer free Battery install and testing, but I had a 30 minutes wait. I installed the battery myself in the parking lot and then had to wait to exchange the old core. Once you get a hold of the staff they are speedy and helpful."

"Let me just start by saying if you are looking for friendly service and going above and beyond then I highly suggest this particular store Eric Danielle and Aaron were all very helpful and actually cared about my car getting fixed I was stuck in the parking lot convenient for sure but not really what I wanted however they were very friendly and understanding everything I needed they quickly got I’m very thankful if I ever break down again I hope it’s there not that I want to break down but the experience was not so bad with the help from the associates"

"Absolute worst customer service. I called this morning and spoke to Jelly at 10am this morning who was quite helpful. She was kind and helped me find the part I needed and gave me the part number and the price. I couldn’t get there until 5:30pm and dealt with a different sales person. This guy couldn’t be bothered. All attitude from the moment I walked in. He found the part at about $150 more. I asked about the price I was given this morning and he just shrugged his shoulders and said “nothin’ I can do” - okay. I’ll go elsewhere. Thanks for nothing but aggravation."
