"SHame I had to even give this place one star, as it certainly does NOT deserve it. So, buying a car is supposed to be a happy experience, right? Well, my experience has been a complete nightmare, and I am truly sorry I ever bought a car from this place! Once this place, particularly JAMES OSBORN IV, the salesman, got their money, it all went downhill!!! I have had the car almost two months now, and believe it or not, STILL waiting for the title as I need that so I can get the registration and tags and inspection for my car!!!! Keep getting the run around from James, that is, of course, if you can even get him on the phone!! I have left several (16 to be exact) messages for this man and he has not given me a single courtesy of a reply!! Maybe he is sleeping on the couch like he was the one day I went up there since he didn't return my call!!! This man has brass balls. My temp tags/registration expired and of course, no title, so can't do jack shi#! I went up there, and this man had the NERVE to tell me, 0h, go ahead, you can drive the car the cops won't bother you!!!! Are you really serious right now??? If i drove it and got pulled over, (Which excellent chances I would), they would not only hand me SEVERAL expensive tickets, but also TOW THE DAMN CAR, AND then charges accumulate on a daily basis. This man is out of his mind. Anyway, now for the past week and a half, every time I call, or family member calls the dealership, it goes directly to voicemail!!!!! WTF. PLEASE, everyone, what i speak is the truth. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF DEALING W/ this place!! You will certainly save yourself a ton of aggravation, problems, headaches, etc., and I am positive, you will be thanking me later. I hope to help at least one person avoid this place. Believe me, I am not one to write a negative review. But, this is one time when one has got to do the public some good by advising them of the true actions of this place. I am just so sorry that I cannot be posting about a positive experience, like I really should be. That would only have occurred if I would have went to a completely different dealership. I admit, I have the very worst luck, lol!"
