"Bought a new 2024 Santa Fe from here recently and had some good and bad experience. The sales guy Jay was great to work with and worked with us on deal that satisfied both parties. Sadly the first day we went for a test drive, the finance guy belittled us that "he had a computer program that tells him trade values" and blew off the market research we did personally and trade offers we've already received from other dealers. He actually walked us out of the dealership because we were too far apart and didn't want to work on negotiating a deal. The sales manager eventually overrode him over the weekend and took him out of the deal, allowing us to reach a price we both were agreeable with. The finance guy needs to go back to school on negotiation and realize we were just starting once we knew the number we wanted, then we would add a down payment to get us to where we wanted. He didn't want to even spend the time doing his job sadly."
