"DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !! I made it VERY CLEAR that I would only purchase the car I was looking at IF they fixed the rims and a few other cosmetic issues. The sales team gave me a “WE OWE” form and never fulfilled their end!! It’s been 2 months! I’ve been getting the run around. First it was “oh it’ll only take a day.” Then they gave me a date and NEVER CONTACTED ME on that day so I had to call them. Then they said their guy was on vacation so it wouldn’t be done that day after I MOVED MY SCHEDULE because I was under the impression it would be done that day! I never received another day since then. That was a month ago! They haven’t fulfilled not a thing! Not even ordered the floor mats! Maybe if they would have fixed even the minor things I wouldn’t be this upset but I’ve received nothing but lies and excuses since purchasing my car."
