"Highly satisfied customer! I brought my 2010 Altima to Cherry Hill Nissan to get a new key fob, as my old one was not working, even after I changed the battery. Apparently, this can be tricky to fix, but Zack and the Nissan service team managed to fix it. I had seen lots of advice and ads for fixes online, but I figured I would bring it to the experts, and I'm very glad I did! I sincerely doubt that anyone but Nissan would have been able to successfully reprogram my key fob. I was so impressed with Zack and the service team that I decided to have my brakes completely done as well, rotors and all. The key fob reprogramming took longer than I expected, but Cherry Hill Nissan has two courtesy shuttles, so they dropped me off at home, and picked me up when the service was complete. Russ, one of the courtesy shuttle drivers was wonderful to work with, and helped make my repair service a great experience. Highly recommended, five stars!"
