"I do not recommend the service department. A factory remote starter was installed at the dealership. Many problems occurred with the installation, per the service manager. After bringing the vehicle back multiple times for it not working properly, they allegedly “can’t replicate the issue”. I don’t know if this is a training issue, a communication issue, or another issue, but when I picked up the vehicle I took video replicating the issue - in the dealership parking lot - documenting the problem. I asked an employee to come try and start it and they were unable also. When a resolution is reached, I will update this review. In the mean time please stop asking if I want to upgrade the vehicle every time a service appointment is scheduled. If a $1,000+ installation on a $41,000+ vehicle is a problem, why would I give more business? I don’t have confidence in this dealership. Videos can’t be posted here, only photos. I uploaded video to the FB page."
"Took my vehicle here for them to look at the vehicle and they said that they were going to order me a part. A month later. I'm calling them to see where what's going on. They state that they've been hacked. Okay but has anyone tried calling me or letting me know that my part was in. I waited a whole month for them to put on brackets that keep falling off that isn't holding on to my bumper. They also said that they were going to take care of me and do a free detailing as well. That didn't happen as well. I talked to Don and he told me that a lot of the guys work on diesel cars. I don't care about what other cars that people work on. I care about My brand new vehicle that I just bought that the bumper is falling off after just 6 months of having it. This is ridiculous...."
"I never personally bought a vehicle from the dealership. However, my customer service experience is worth writing in for. I was greeted by friendly faces willing to help. Every part of the team we interacted with were so helpful. Even after leaving John would check in on my vehicle search since I was looking for a very specific vehicle. It’s greatly appreciated having someone looking out for me there and checking in on my search. Thanks for making looking for a vehicle a very pleasant and not a stressful time."
"Can one person completely change where I'll purchase my next car? Let's see: I rented a Wrangler through Turo and was told the door ratchet set would be included. It wasn't. I could remove the bottom bolts with a bit I had at home, but the top ones wouldn’t budge. My beach trip seemed ruined until I realized Jeep Cherry Hill was just a few miles away. I drove to their back service bay area and audaciously approached two young service technicians working on a Jeep, asking for help. You might think, "Oh sure, he helped because you're a good-looking lady." Not so much. What I lack in looks, I make up for in humor. And I am HILARIOUS! Steven came right over and removed all the screws using the proper tool. It was over 90 degrees with no shade, and I was worried he might get in trouble for helping a random person. He assured me he wouldn't, which underscores Jeep’s commitment to customer service and their employee training. After thanking Steven and offering compensation, which he refused, he even gave me his own Jeep ratchet set. With Steven's genuine personality, I’m sure he'll make an amazing service manager and should be promoted ASAP. I drove away convinced that my next automotive purchase will be from Jeep in Cherry Hill!"
"Edit. I drove there today because they still weren't answering the phone. They fixed the airbag light but didn't fix the airbag curtain clips even though I specifically mentioned them and was told they would. So, they still get one star. I fixed the clips myself. Short: Avoid getting service here. They absolutely don't care and do horrendous work. Long: Went in for an airbag recall. They supposedly performed the recall, but then got the truck back with an airbag light on. Tried calling as soon as I realized it was on. Left a message, didn't get a call back. Granted, it was a Friday afternoon and I called 5 minutes after I left the dealer. I've called at least 10 times today (the next day) and left another message. Can't get a hold of anyone and no one called me back. Did some looking around in the truck and realized they lost hardware and didn't replace it, left multiple things loose, and I looked at the airbag module they replaced under the headliner - the new airbags aren't even installed correctly. They left the old plastic clip in there and didn't bother removing it to put the new clip in. Unfortunately, I can't fix an airbag light on my own, so I need to go back to a dealer. They also left a lot of greasy boot and hand prints all over, along with the old hardware lying about on the floor. Additionally, the parking lot here is small and way too busy. It's jammed full of cars and the valets park your car for pickup in the middle of the crammed lot and other people have to wait for you to move, so you have zero time to look at the work they did before you leave the lot. My next stop is complaining to corporate. This airbag recall was done for safety and they didn't even do it right."
