Kia of Cherry Hill

"The Cherry Hill Kia is a horrible Kia dealership with horrible workers with horrible customer service. I came in with a tag by four oil changes get the fifth one free the tag came from Kia. I called somebody on the phone to schedule an appointment and I told the person about, the tag that I had they told me that they would honor it. I get to kia Only for them to tell me that they will not honor it then proceeded to tell me that I need to spend $79.95 for an oil change and I told them no I told them I would take my car elsewhere. They chuckled and laughed in my face, and then said where are you going to go cheaper than that? I said give me my car key back. The man said I don’t know if I should do that. I said give me my car key back. I said it’s my car I paid for it. It’s mine give me back my car. So the man throw the key in my face I walk out want to get my car back and the kid driving my car gives me an attitude and says what I said give me my car back. I am done with this dealership. I’m taking my business elsewhere. Time I was there I had to look around for help. Nobody came out to help me. I had to figure it out myself. Cherry Hill is literally the worst Kia dealership I ever been to horrible people with horrible horrible customer service if you would like great customer service try Smitty’s national park auto service, because I gave him a call after Kia gave me such a horrible experience and he took me in right away he made everything better. If I could give this post -10, stars or more I would Kia is such a horrible company I will never in my life buy a kia ever again"

"Since they've declined to respond to my feedback shared privately with them, perhaps making it public will get their attention. Was in with my sister last work who had every intention of purchasing a KIA. We were there for about two hours and here's what transpired... - Sales associate quoted $300 more per month than was accurate. We almost walked out until he realized he made an "oops" on his phone app. - Sales associate had no idea what inventory they had. At one point, my sister and I were aimlessly walking around the lot finding cars since this guy hadn't a clue. - We were specific about features and he couldn't figure out which cars had specific features. - Pet peeve, this guy trash talked his colleagues. Not a good look. We ended up leaving and driving an hour to another KIA dealership and purchasing from them. Please think twice before you visit this place. There are over 25 KIA dealerships in the tri-state area and you deserve better."

"I bought my telluride at another dealership so I can’t speak on the sales side of things. Service was great here! I had two safety recalls to be repaired and it took only an hour! I was so amazed considering it took four hours for an oil change at another Kia dealership. I have two young children so it’s a bit difficult to keep them busy for that long. It was easy, quick and painless. I’d prefer to keep going here for service."

"Updated to say: Recently went for service at CH Kia and Demetrius isn’t there anymore. I asked one of the fellows that I recognized where he had gone and he told me- down the street to CH Mercedes Benz. Well, it looks like my next car won’t be a Kia. I do still love mine though. Shopping at Kia of Cherry Hill was a happy time for me! I spoke to a wonderful man named Demetrius. He wasn’t pushy and is clearly a salesman, not a hustler. I appreciated his honesty and assistance when I knew what I wanted. I’ve never been to another car dealership so I don’t have much I can compare but I didn’t feel overwhelmed by the process. When I didn’t understand things, I asked questions and received answers that made sense to me. There were so many features in the car that I hadn’t heard of; Demetrius gave me the Cliff’s Notes version of what he thought I’d use, but also let me know that he’d respond to any questions I had after the sale. It took a few days for my to get my stuff together with the bank, but once I had my money, I wrapped up the deal. I took the car home on Tuesday and squared up/ finished final paperwork on Friday. I love my new car and I super appreciate the man who sold it to me! The staff at Cherry Hill Kia were eager to help and the well wishes felt genuine."
