"I took rental car from this location from 6/14/2024 - 7/16/2024 from branch Manager Teasia Squire, due to my car in service center. She called me in the mean time to extend rental date. but never told me how much she gonna charge on my credit card for each extension. without my consent she charged me enterprise car protection through i told her to use my car insurance as protection for this rental car at the first day of taking rental car. when i returned rental car. she charged me 28.99X33 = $956.67. for enterprise protection plan. "I was directed to this location after the Rising Sun location failed to provide me with the rental I had reserved. The employees at 6820-26 Castor Ave exhibited a lack of hospitality. Upon receiving a replacement vehicle, I was disappointed to find it in an unacceptable condition. The car was not only extremely dirty but also reeked of cigarettes, with evidence of ash scattered throughout the interior. Despite raising concerns about the quality of the vehicle to the Enterprise branch on Rising Sun who handled my paperwork, the resolution offered fell short of satisfactory. While a representative assured me that my out-of-pocket expenses would be waived and mentioned a credit for a future rental, these promises were not upheld. I discovered an unauthorized charge on my credit card for the rental. Furthermore, I was assured a follow-up call after the rental had been returned from the collision center, which never materialized. This entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with Enterprise's service and their handling of the situation. I have reached out to management and have yet to hear anything back."
