"The customer service at this branch is poor. The manager Jordan does not try to accommodate customers. In areas that aren’t urban to e treatment and customer service is much better. This branch needs new leadership."

"I was really disappointed with the service at pick up, everything was great prior to my arrival, got the call the night before confirming my rental, then i arrived, the agent asked if i wanted an upgrade, I denied, then told me the vehicle was not available, waited some more, then i was told they would drive me to another location, at that point i was unhappy because the agent didn’t want to put me in any other vehicle that was available without paying additional fee. After going back and forth, i was put in an older Nissan rogue with alignment issues. Long story Short, branch manager Symone was very professional and made up for the service I received at the beginning of my rental. Ask for Symone, i guarantee , you will be taken care of."

"This is one of the best enterprises I experienced! They called my insurance for me once they noticed I wasn’t getting a comparable car. Very friendly client service. I noticed they have a car wash to the side to wash all cars prior to releasing. The car I got smelled so clean. Many options to select from. Highly recommend!"

"Made a reservation for 9 got here at 11:10 still not in a car at 12:10. The car wasn’t here… thought this would be in and out given the fact my reservation was days ago. Had to come to this location because it was the only one that had a mini vans. Great business model I just wish they had a better handle on customer service. These people are obviously only compensated on sales and cleanliness of cars. Had I known it would have taken this long I was have just asked my sister to drive her car. If I could give this place 0 stars the would get it. At minimum should have been offered something… Never coming back to this location. . I will pay $30 drop off to Bala just so I will not have to set foot in this place again."
