"Someone suggested me to check out this dealership and the costumer service was AWFUL. Reached out to inquire about a car and Jamie lied to my face and so did Bruce(I think that was his name). Jamie told me the car I was interested got sold which ofcorse I was bummed about and then two weeks later, decided to check out their website and the car was STILL on the website so I decided to call and see if the car was Available or not and Bruce informed me the car was never sold to anyone and it’s still available and that Jamie did lied. I asked him to send me pictures of the interior because they didn’t have any on the website (feel like this was an pretty easy request) and it’s been over two weeks and have not heard anything from them(gave them couple of days because incase they got busy) Costumer service definitely lacks big time. I told also Bruce if he was too busy then he can have someone else assist my request but he said he will have someone run right out after the call ended to take pictures."

"Harry and Michael are the best me and my mom left off the lot with a vehicle nothing but love and respect for these men I recommended anyone to this lot directly because they get it done they work with you and don’t force you into anything you drive off with what you want because we did ! Thank you guys again Update : Here is the real After being coached by Mike the GM of the company . They have given my mom a car that has over $3700 worth of repairs and it has not even been 30 days since her having her car we are located in Maryland so it’s quite a drive for us , one of the issues was the brakes /rotors on the car and the only solution for them was to bring it back that’s inconvenient since your A-not around the corner and B-she would have to miss a day out of work to do so which means more money she’s coming out of pocket . Fast forward she is there on the lot getting a loaner car until they fix her vehicle and the loaner car tank is on E and has a “check tire” light on I calls up there because my mom says she told them and Harry said “It’s not me it’s Mike” I contacts Mike and he says I am already fixing your car you want me to gas the tank up as well ? Excuse me my mother drove 3 1/2 hours to give you all the car because you won’t pay no outside Machanic on her end so she has to drive to you all , you give her a loaner that doesn’t have gas and you say it like that’s a crime to ask for it your a DEALERSHIP it’s more than just selling cars you have cars on your lot that maintenance have not been kept up with on top of gas tanks that have not been filled and you are gladly given these to your customers. Wow what a way to show how you appreciate their services. I definitely will not be sending nobody here"
