Absolute Auto

"I bought a 2012 Jeep Liberty here less than two years ago and the car is an absolute lemon. Not only would I never buy a car from them again, I don’t even want to drive by the place on Route 130. The head gasket just blew and now the car is utterly not drivable and not worth fixing. This is on top of about 2K in repairs over the last year+. What an absolute piece of garbage. Also, the warranty they push isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. $8K ($1,100 for a useless warranty) all in for the car, plus $2K in overall repairs, and now a blown head gasket. My God. Never again. Stay far away from this place, folks."

"Salesman couldn't answer any questions about the viclcle on test drive but than thought he had the intelligence to say it was a prestige vehicle. Either way I was going to buy the vehicle but that changed when he said that he wouldn't even take a dollar off the price. Never had a sales guy tell me he wouldn't take a dollar off of price. I wouldn't waste your time with sales people like that"

"Let me preface by saying i bought a car for my son somewhere else 2 months ago. Ron has to be the worst sales person on a lot i have ever dealt with. Never mind the condition of the actual vehicle. His smugness and lack of even attempting to know my wants for a vehicle was off putting. They are selling used as is vehicles way out in Hamilton NJ. One would think you would attempt some form of sales techniques to try and obtain a sale. Now lets get to it. The actual company does nothing to make these cars appealing. This is a side of the road dirt lot spot. Waste of a drive from Northern NJ where route 22 or route 46 who has there own bad reviews, would blow them out the water on cleanliness. This is basically a borderline junk yard. You can go down Newark to the junk yards and get a car before tear down at the same level as there cars. Now let's wait for there lame reply."

"Truthfully I didn't find it even worth my time to even put into words the abysmal experience I had with buying a car from your dealership. Your vehicles and salesmen are a joke, clearly lying about the condition of each and every one of the vehicles you have for sale. You know very well the condition of these cars that you're storing here, most with major mechanical issues. Multiple of the cars that I looked at began to smoke, had leaks, but your sales team laughed it off and pushed me onto the next car, which they promised had no underlying problems! Also, side note, what I find "entertaining" is the fact that one, you can't find me in your system which is a lie, which leads me to believe that a shady dealership like yours is unorganized and unethical (shocker!). And also, I left a review for a dealership that I bought a NEW vehicle from that offered exceptional service, and the other "dealership" that I left a review for is literally a barber shop that I wrote a review for 5 years ago. Good observation though!"

"I bought a used car from this place online. Had the car delivered from New Jersey to Virginia. The car had a knocking noise took to mechanic and had to replace engine cost $2500, alternator and fuel pump. Dealer would not respond after emailing and calling. Don't buy any used As is from this place. Car 2003 Nissan Maxima cost $3500 for a piece of junk. My fault for trusting a dealership online and not going there in person. Base on other reviews this place has a Bad reputation. I find it funny that you took the time to respond to my post because everyone can see it. But my emails and calls went unanswered. You had every opportunity to respond. How do you leave a business for salespeople to have to leave you messages?"
