"Make sure you call before coming in for an inspection. I called twice the day before. No one picked up. Called the day of, and the line was busy. I decided to go there and try my luck. The person at the front desk said we can't do the Carco inspection because the internet is out. To which I offered to use my personal hotspot to use the Carco App. This seems to have pissed them off. Told me to go away and "your inspection is the least of our problems right now". Customers don't deserve to be treated this way."
