"TTN AVIS IS THE WORST EVER! They filed a claim against me for damage I documented when I picked it up. Fortunately, I took time-stamped pictures. Front desk guy Andre is terrible, unprofessional, rude. Office is in a dirty warehouse. Their electronic devices don't function properly when paying. Their shuttle buses are old, and in terrible condition. Even the door handle to the building is broken. My family and I travel often, and due to this experience, I don't think we should ever rent from Avis, anywhere, again."

"It is so easy to book a reservation for the vehicle of your choice. The app is so easy to use, check in , upload your driver license. And then when it is time for the return. It's just as simple. I always fly Frontier into Trenton Airport and they have a shuttle to Avis and the people at Avis are very helpful and try to get you in and out quick. Not to mention each car I rented was brand new. Enjoy your roadtrip...."

"Would rate zero if I could. If you are renting from the Trenton NJ area, DO NOT rent a solver Jeep Cherokee. We were given this vehicle for a 560 mile roadtrip. One hour into the trip, the entire car was jerking, banging, and feeling unsafe to drive. We took it to pep boys who told us not to drive the car as the transfer case and motor wheel were completely shot! We waited over night to be able to speak to someone for a replacement vehicle and when we were finally able to, they offered nothing but attitude. We were told to drive all the way back, but that they could not guarantee us a vehicle when we got there. They then proceeded to charge us for another reservation, then argued about charging us AGAIN for a return time extension. Avis wasted an entire day and a half of our trip, gave us an unsafe vehicle, and charged us over and over for their mistakes. Even after promising us an upgrade and paying for a new reservation, we ended up with a smaller minivan. Not once did anyone seem remotely concerned about helping the situation. All they wanted was more and more money. Do NOT use this company."

"Would give 0 stars if possible. Literally the worst company I have ever purchased a service from. We received a vehicle that 30 minutes into driving started to shake and after being told WE had to take it to pep boys, we were told by the mechanics it is unsafe to drive. They said it looks like someone had tried fixing it previously. They gave us an unsafe vehicle to drive knowingly! Customer service then proceeded to be less than helpful by saying we would have to pay for a new car to be sent to us. The only other options are to drive an unsafe vehicle to another location and get a new car or Uber and drive back with the new car and move our stuff over, however we were told if the tow truck came before we finished they would take the old car with our stuff in it. Absolutely atrocious and worst customer service!"

"If you have a choice skip using Avis at TTN airport, unprofessional staff who lack basic customer service skills. Also examine your receipt closely they emailed mine which didn’t hit my inbox until I was at my final destination. They charges me for fuel when I returned the car full just as I received it. Very disappointing that a reputable brand like AVIS would practice this deception. This explains why the attendant at the Avis counter refused to give me a paper copy of my invoice at the time of the return when I would have seen the added charge and able to dispute it on the spot. Now I have tried calling and getting no response. AVIS DO BETTER !"
