"Sam, the owner, is unprofessional and short tempered. When questioning a discrepancy between two quotes I received, rather than taking the time to listen to me, he chose to tell at me. When I asked why he was yelling at me, he said because I told him he was wrong and he's been in the business for X # of years. I did not tell him he was wrong just that he misunderstood what I was saying, but, regardless, even if I HAD said he was wrong, being professional means listening to the customer and having an adult conversation about the customer's concerns. It does NOT entail yelling at the customer and hanging up on them."

"I had contacted Auto Body Connection LLC about an engine replacement for my 2011 Ford edge along side other miscellaneous work that would cost upwards of $10,000. I originally contacted them late February or early March and was told a Jasper engine would be there by end of April. About a week before hand I was told the motor delivery date was moved a month back. I waited another month and was told the motor never shipped and they never received it nor do they have any information about when it would show. I kept calling to get information etc and was always told to call back next week. When I did call back, I was met with attitude by the man in the phone. I later would have to call back because someone would say they would call me in a day or two and no one would call for weeks. After months of waiting for a motor from Jasper through Auto Body Connection LLC I later contacted another shop who was able to get me a delivery date for a Jasper engine and offer me better rates for the work within an hour of calling them. I called auto body connection to complain about my poor treatment and was met with no effort to remedy an unhappy person who was attempting to use their business. Very disappointed."

"They charged $400 to tow a Tacoma 1/2 mile to my house that is 3 miles from their shop. They said they charge that amount when the cops respond to a crash. The funny thing is that just a couple weeks prior to that they towed the same truck to their shop to fix something for $150! 2 different prices. Unethical!"

"Reliable, Quality Auto Collision Repair Shop The shop did the work to repair and to paint my Jeep. Clint walked me through the process calmly and the mechanic(s) did excellent work. They not only repaired, but also detailed my car too! People there are kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this shop for any collision repair. They are true professionals! Thank you!"

"On July 25th 2020 my family and I were on our way to Pennsylvania for a weeks vacation when my air conditioning started blowing hot air so I pulled over. We went online and found Auto body connection and the owner said call AAA and have it towed over. We tried to have AAA tow it to his shop but they were so backed up we had Sam the owner tow it to his shop 0.7 miles for 85 bucks. He said he would contact me Monday with what was wrong with the truck a ford Explorer and he did, told me my engine seized and I would need a new or used engine. I was shocked because the truck has only 80,000 miles and the oil is changed regularly every 3,000 miles, he then proceeded to tell me I can put a new engine in for around 6,000 dollars or a used engine in for a little over 3,000 thousand dollars. I told I had to talk to my girlfriend and get back to him, after I hung up I called my mechanic and told him of the situation and he told me to have the car towed back home so he could look at it, he said you don't know him and he doesn't know you there are a lot of shady people out there, thank God I listened to him. When I showed up to Sam's unannounced on the 28th he said to me why aren't you at least getting the used engine I'm giving you a GREAT DEAL, I said no thanks dont have the money and I waited there for AAA to tow it back home. My mechanic called me late in the afternoon and told me there was ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with the engine it was the AC compressor that broke down, I said to him but the car wouldn't restart and he said it's a safety feature in the truck. Well after putting in a new AC compressor the truck is running great again, it is so sad that a person who you want to trust and do the right thing just LIES and DECEIVES you just to make a few thousand dollars shouldn't be allowed to run or own a business. I am sure this guy Sam has done this to many people especially people he doesn't know. There is a special place in HELL for people like him!!!!!!!! To all the people that read these reviews if you don't know this LOWLIFE don't ever take the chance and let him or his workers work on your vehicle. Best bet don't ever bring your vehicle to this thief's shop I should of known it from the beginning when he charged me 85 bucks for a 0.7 tow. I'm glad I saved his voicemail telling me that the engine is seized when I take him to small claims court for charging me 125.00 dollars for a phony diagnostic test saying the engine seized. INFINITY 0 STARS FOR THIS LOWLIFE RIP OFF ARTIST!!!"
