"I didn't even get a chance to meet the doctor. This review is about my general experience at the office. I scheduled an appointment but when I got there, the front office staff stuck a form on the desk, without even saying hello, said sign this. I asked them to explain what I'm signing, the woman couldn't. She just said "it's a consent form but nothing bad will happen". Didn't make me feel good about it at all. I asked to see the doctor first so he can explain the procedure first before I signed anything, she said he won't even talk to you if you don't first. I told her I don't feel comfortable without talking to him first. She told me that I can leave then. Horrible experience. And I came here since the doctor got such great reviews. But the front office needs to make you feel welcome."
