The Dentists of Newtown 2

"Let me preface this by saying that like many, I truly get the sweats when I have to get any work done at the dentist aside from a cleaning. I loved my previous dentist but unfortunately, they were no longer in my network so I had to switch. I had cracked one of my back teeth and had to make an immediate appointment and didn’t really have the option of doing research. I was very luckily scheduled with Dr. Wroten who is new to the practice. He is amazing and so is the rest of the staff. I was truly terrified today but him and Jenna made me feel so comfortable and made the experience literally painless and actually fun at some points (i mean not all of it is fun, we are at the dentist, let’s be real lol). Highly recommend this branch and Dr. Wroten."

"This is the second time I tried to get my Granddaughters insurance verified before coming in for an appointment since I did not want a thousand dollar bill with them saying they did not take her insurance. They told me I had to make an appointment first then they would verify her insurance. She had called them last week and the girl then tried to verify her insurance on an automated line. I called the insurance company and they said she definitely had insurance. Called the girl back and she was supposed to try again and let us know. No call back ever came so we cancelled the appointment. The girl today said they could not spend the time verifying the insurance. I guess they do not get paid for that. Sorry these young workers do not do the jobs they are hired for. Seem lazy to me."

"Excellent dental experience. I have been going to Dr. Weglos for a few years now and each visit has been a great from start to finish. Now that my son has aged out of his pediatric dentist's practice, he started going to Dr. Weglos as well and had a great experience for his first visit! Patty at the front desk has always been helpful with questions and setting appointments. Overall, it's a great practice and I highly recommend it!"
