"The worst rental place you could pick a rental up from. The person who handles the trucks was not for our appointment time. Someone had to call her to come back to the office, so we were met with a nasty attitude for “interrupting” whatever errand she was running. They refused to list my spouse as a driver, even though I repeatedly requested it, and lied and said that it was “fine” if it was just my name. It’s not! The insurance wouldn’t cover him if his name wasn’t on it. They also FORGED MY SIGNATURE on the rental agreements, invoice, condition of the vehicle, and every other legal contract they needed signed. Then had the audacity to threaten to cancel our rental since I called corporate to have it put in the correct way so that we were properly covered. This place was an absolute disgrace, with an ignorant employee that has no idea what she’s doing. Hopefully corporate will retrain her before she causes them a lawsuit."
"By far the worst experience of any rental equipment dealer. On top of that, customer service rep who couldn't seem to care less about customer support. I ordered blankets, a dolly, and a truck. On arrival was told they don't do anything but trucks. Nothing on the website. And rude. Stay away from this dump."
