"First off people READ YOUR LEASE!!! I read mine front to back and got my security deposit due to the fact that you have to give a 10 day WRITTEN notice. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful. I would also like to say that we are dealing with a pandemic everything is taking longer these days. We all need to be nicer to small businesses that are suffering. As far as the gates I spoke with the manger and she showed me the massive amount of cameras and other security measures so I was extremely satisfied with the security. The units are great and mine was cleaned and had easy access. The movers had no problems. The young woman Caitlin was nothing but sweet, knowledgeable, and professional. She made sure I had water and offered me a very good deal on the monthly rate. I was extremely satisfied!!!!!! I recommend everyone store their items with Fort Knox Self Storage in Montague N.J.!!!!!!"

"I went here to rent a unit for my college age stepson's items during the covid pandemic as I have him home with me as his university is currently closed. I did not have the room with me and my apartment for all of his things. I could not be happier with the staff- how helpful they were how willing they were to work with me on the pricing it was a great experience to start and then seeing the cleanliness of the place. The 24-hour monitored cameras was a big relief to me to as well even though where the facility is located it's pretty safe. The pricing was better than I actually had imagined in my head so that was a major stress relief on me. My experience was wonderful from the get-go from the staff to being beyond helpful and going above and beyond for me including offering a big packet of info including my lease so I have all my paperwork together in a folder. Thank you for Knox self storage for doing such a great job during these very very hard times!"

"DO NOT RECOMMEND no security, gate has NEVER worked. Cleaned out my storage almost 6 months ago. Monday i will be filing in small claims court since i still have not recieved my security deposit after many attempts. EDIT. 3 days after this review i received an Undated letter from this facility (6 months after i closed my account) stating I did not give "notice"apon exiting and would not be refunded my security. Even though a walkthough was completed keys handed in as well as PAPERWORK In hand this is how they treat their customers."

"Prices are competitive and location is convenient. The storage units are in good order and are pretty clean. Staff is friendly and willing to work with you. Security deposit did take a bit of time to get back after terminating the rental though. I would use their storage again in the future."
