Welcome to First Baptist Church, located at 313 West Main Street, Claxton, Georgia. As a vibrant and welcoming place of worship, we invite you to join us in our mission to embrace the teachings of Christ Jesus: to welcome and love all who seek a relationship with God, to serve our neighbors, to extend grace to strangers, and to grow in faith together.

Our Sunday schedule is filled with opportunities for spiritual growth and community connection. We begin with Sunday School at 10:00 AM, followed by our main Service at 11:00 AM. In the evening, youth activities start at 5:30 PM, leading into a community Supper at 6:00 PM. At 6:30 PM, we host a Prayer Meeting along with Youth and Children's Bible Study, fostering a nurturing environment for all ages. Our day concludes with Choir practice at 7:00 PM, where we lift our voices in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts.
